Following
on from the original Fairyhill on Gower, (named as one
of the top places to eat in the UK by Hardens Restaurant
Guide and one of the AA Top Hotels) the ethos behind the
Bar & Brasserie is the same, to use local ingredients
to create mouth-watering dishes, complimented by good wines
and local beers.
Fairyhill Bar & Brasserie
at Machynys boasts stunning views of the Loughor estuary
and the Gower Peninsular. In its first year Fairyhill has
been awarded a rosette from the AA, a major achievement
and Llanelli's only restaurant award in recent times!
The bar and restaurant
have a contemporary feeling, much use being made of wood
and slate with luxurious leather sofas and breathtaking
views from the terrace. Local wildlife is in abundance.
The bar is open all
day for coffees and drinks; breakfast is served from 8.00
- 11.30 am and bar meals are served from 11.30am until
9.00 pm.
The Brasserie is open
from 12.00 - 3.00 pm and re opens from 6.00 - 10.00 pm
